All sales are final on orders placed through our web store or over the phone.  Exceptions to this are made if you received an item in error or if the item was defective.  In such cases, please notify us by phone or email, and we will gladly send a replacement to you.

We only accept Visa and MasterCard through our web store.  If you would like to pay by check or money order, please call our office directly at (816) 767-8880.  On international orders, please be advised that all prices listed on our site are in US dollars and the actual amount charged to your card will be based on the current exchange rate at the time the transaction is processed.
